One of my favourite/least favourite running sessions is 6x1km intervals at 5km pace (after a suitable warm up) with a couple of minutes rest between each. A 20m 5k is 4m per km, so if you can do 6 and break 4m for each of them then you've got a decent chance of going sub 20m for the 5k, plus they help you dial in your target pace.
